AK Record Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and AK Record ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the AK Record website, downloading the AK Record app, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the AK Record platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use AK Record you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

AK Record reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified or where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings accrued in accounts that fail verification may be voided.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one active AK Record account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and preferred PKR payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your account using your credentials.
• Logging out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying AK Record customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

AK Record will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and deposits made — will be treated as authorised by you unless you report a security issue promptly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

AK Record processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers to and from major Pakistani banks
• Debit and credit cards — where supported by your issuing bank
• Mobile wallets — as available through the platform at the time of transaction

Deposits are typically credited to your AK Record balance within a few minutes of payment confirmation, depending on your selected payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally the fastest, often clearing within one to two minutes.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Processing times for withdrawals vary by method but are generally completed within one to three business days for standard requests. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and AK Record reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

AK Record reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete identity verification. In such cases, we will contact you with details of any additional information required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

AK Record offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and credited to your bonus balance, separate from your main cash balance.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific turnover multiplier for each offer is clearly stated in the promotion details. You must complete the required wagering before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories or betting markets specified in the relevant promotion. Using a bonus in an ineligible category may result in the bonus being voided.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and can be claimed once per person and once per household or device.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any uncompleted wagering requirement or unclaimed bonus balance that has not been used within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• AK Record reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a running promotion will be notified of any material changes.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on AK Record are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• AK Record reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a pricing error or technical fault. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account.
• For cricket and other live sports events, bets placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to the delay and cut-off rules specified for the relevant market. Bets placed after an event outcome is determined — regardless of whether the result has been officially announced — will be void.
• For PSL, T20 internationals, and other cricket events, specific market rules (including rain interruption policies, match abandonment rules, and reduced-over results) are available within the betting section of the platform.
• For slots, fish games, bingo, and other RNG-based games, results are determined by certified random number generation systems. The platform does not influence game outcomes and all results are final once confirmed by the game engine.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within each betting market or game interface.

AK Record may suspend access to specific markets or games at any time for technical, operational, or integrity reasons without prior notice. If this occurs during an active session, any open bets will be settled according to the applicable rules for that event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AK Record platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers collectively.
• Fraud of any kind, including use of stolen payment details, false identity information, or fraudulent chargeback requests.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Opening accounts in another person's name or allowing another person to use your account.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through a known or exploited error will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime.
• Placing bets on events whose outcome you have prior knowledge of through non-public information (insider betting).
• Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other one-time promotional offers more than once.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

AK Record reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request is made.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Evidence of prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• A player voluntarily requesting account closure or self-exclusion under our responsible gaming policy.
• Technical or security reasons that require us to protect the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, AK Record reserves the right to void any pending bets and retain any balance remaining in the account if it was obtained through prohibited activity. Where closure is for non-breach reasons, any verified legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the standard verification process.
